Rust-Oleum X1 Excellent Heavy Duty Cleaner-Degreaser is a heavy duty solvent-based, water-washable cleaner and degreaser which will remove oil, grease and tar from most durable hard surfaces. The spray quickly penetrates and removes grease, oil, tar and more! The spray can be rinsed off with water and the spray can will function at any angle making hard to reach places accessible.
